By engaging OpuWeb (Pty) Ltd you agree to these terms. Quotes are valid for 30 days. A 50% deposit secures your project slot. Final payment is due on launch.

Scope

Project scope is defined in the signed proposal. Out-of-scope work is quoted separately.

Ownership

On final payment, all custom assets and code transfer to you. Third-party plugins remain under their respective licenses.

Liability

OpuWeb's liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service in the previous 3 months.
